(Includes Civil Litigation)
After graduating from the London School of Economics, Robin started his practical training under Hugh Skemp (one of the three original partners in the firm). He qualified in 1969 and was made an equity partner in the firm two years later. He was the Head of Civil Litigation and Senior Partner of the practice until 2010.
Robin specialised in Civil Litigation for most of his career. That specialism covered a wide range of work, including Commercial disputes, Professional Negligence and Contentious Probate.
He considers it still to be an essential part of his work to advise both private individuals and business clients on potentially contentious issues and problems with a view to resolving them well before litigation threatens. Also because of his knowledge of the problems that can arise when Wills are not properly prepared, he now regularly acts for clients in making their Wills, and also in completing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Robin was Senior and Managing Partner of the firm from 2001 to 2010. He remains with the firm as a Consultant, retaining his links with existing clients and welcoming new ones.

Head of Family Law Department
Jonathan Cunningham qualified as a solicitor in 2001. He became a partner in Moseleys in 2004. Jonathan is a member of both the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel and the Law Society's Children panel.
Jonathan specialises in family law work including assisting clients with divorce; dissolution of civil partnerships; matrimonial finances; and domestic violence injunctions.
He has a particular interest in the law relating to children and often advises and assists parents and grandparents who are involved with disputes over the arrangements for the care of their children (previously known as contact and residence cases).
Jonathan advises and represents parents, grandparents and other relatives involved in care proceedings brought by the Local Authority. He is also able to assist clients, prior to care proceedings being issued, with "PLO" meetings where necessary.
He also assists people with making applications to the Court for Special Guardianship Orders - which can be necessary if someone other than the parents of a child, or children has the care of them.
Jonathan frequently attends Court for his clients and is a very experienced advocate.
Jonathan also assists clients with employment matters and civil litigation matters.
