Contentious Probate Robin Heslop Senior Partner Head of Litigation Department After graduating from the London School of Economics, Robin Heslop started his practical training under Hugh Skemp (one of the three original partners in the firm). He qualified in 1969 and was made an equity partner in the firm two years later. He is now the Head of Civil Litigation, and Senior Partner of the Practice. Robin Heslop has specialised in Civil Litigation for most of his career. That specialism covers a wide range including Commercial disputes, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence, Construction, Intellectual Property, and Contentious Probate. He considers it an essential part of his work to advise private and business clients on potentially contentious issues and problems - with a view to resolving them well before litigation threatens. Robin is pro-active and forward-looking in his management of the Practice - which has doubled in size since his appointment as Senior Partner in 2001. He wishes to see further growth in the years ahead and he is committed to ensuring that Moseleys continues to offer a quality legal service at reasonable cost to existing and new clients of the Practice. |
