| Jonathan Cunningham Partner Family Law Department After graduating in 1989 Jonathan Cunningham worked in the insurance industry for a number of years prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001. Jonathan was made a partner in the firm in 2004. Jonathan specialises in family work including divorce, matrimonial finances and co-habitation disputes. He has a particular interest in the law relating to children and deals with issues relating to contact and residence as well as representing parents and grandparents in care proceedings brought by the Local Authority. Many of Jonathan's clients are publicly funded (legally aided). Jonathan also undertakes civil litigation work including general litigation, consumer disputes and landlord and tenant work. Jonathan's sympathetic and straightforward approach to clients involved in stressful situations ensures that they feel more able to cope with the complexities of the proceedings or problems facing them. |
