| Sarah Atack Partner Family Law Department Sarah joined Moseleys in 1996 and became a partner of the firm in 2000. She specialises in family law matters and in particular, divorce, ancillary relief claims (i.e. financial claims arising from divorce), separation agreements, financial disputes involving unmarried partners and applications for financial provision for children. Sarah appreciates that the breakdown of a relationship is a difficult and stressful time and deals with cases in an understanding, sympathetic and straight forward way. |
