Divorce is a formal process conducted through a Court that leads to an order, which ends your marriage. It is an administrative process provided the matter proceeds as an undefended case (and 99.99% do) It is a production line process, a paper chase: no-one need attend Court unless there is a dispute about the costs of the process. The presentation you may view here discribes this process in detail. Do remember that it is not about guilt, fault or innocence, or right or wrong.
At the end of this presentation there is a section entitled ‘The Law’. It is expressed in simple terms. If you want to understand how this presentation relates to you then you must read it . |
