The welfare checklist contained in S1 Children Act 1989 is law from Parliament which guides and assists the Court towards a decision in respect of the best interests of your children. If you have not already done so you should read those provisions now as they are the guiding principles to which the Court and all persons involved in the Court hearing, especially your co-parent and yourself must have regard.
