There are four distinct legal issues that you may have to consider. There are four separate legal actions in which you might become involved to sort out the separation that has occurred between you. The coloured columns shown on this map illustrate them. Each column coloured purple, green, blue or red identifies an issue about which you may reach an agreement. If there is a disagreement then there is a Court process authorised by an Act of Parliament to resolve the disagreement. The information set out in Act 1 'Personalities Structure and a Process' underpins each of the legal processes identified in each column. |
