Audrey qualified as a solicitor in 1984 after graduating from Exeter University. Since then her experience has mainly been in property matters. She joined Moseleys in September 2002 to take over the commercial property department and was made a partner in May 2004.

Audrey specialises in the grant, renewal and assignment of leases for both Landlords and Tenants, rent reviews, sales and purchases of commercial property, option agreements and small business sales.

The documentation involved in commercial property transactions is often complex and can seem daunting to clients. Audrey uses her 20 years experience to clearly explain the issues involved and advise on the options available in a straight forward manner.
