Pat first came to Moseleys in August 1968 as Office Junior. After 6 months she became a secretary and continued to work for the firm until 1980 when she left to have her second baby. Having decided to return to work sometime later she then qualified as a Legal Executive. She obtained a distinction in Conveyancing and Land Law in the examination of The Institute of Legal Executives and later was awarded the top mark in the country when she took the Conveyancing Law and Practice Paper in the Licensed Conveyancer exams.

Pat returned to work for Moseleys in 1988 and deals mainly with residential conveyancing and matrimonial transfers. She is well known for her down to earth and friendly approach to clients.
