Having joined Moseleys' Family Department in January 2012, Rhonda brought with her a wealth of experience in dealing with family law matters having previously worked at Jewels Solicitors in Cannock and Stafford, and prior to that having worked in Sutton Coldfield.
With significant experience in dealing with divorce and what can often be complex financial and property issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship, Rhonda has carved out an excellent reputation in this specialised field. Having proven herself to be a formidable opponent and one whom maintains a no-nonsense approach, Rhonda achieves excellent results for her clients and is regarded as a high profile practitioner renowned for the energy and passion she employs on behalf of her clients. Rhonda regularly deals with challenging issues arising from a marital breakdown including complex business structures, property/land disputes and trust elements, as well as pensions and maintenance. She has established a good network of professional contacts of family mediators, financial advisors, accountants, therapists and Counsel all to the benefit of her clients as required.
Rhonda very ably represents parties in not only divorce and financial proceedings, but also children proceedings, and has made many successful representations in and out of Court on behalf of her clients achieving early and realistic solutions. Recognising the delicate nature of dealing with disputes that may arise concerning parties' children, Rhonda is able to apply a sensitive and careful approach on behalf of her clients to include addressing issues of a child's residence or contact with a parent/grandparent.
