James joined Moseleys in 2001 after he graduated from university with a first-class honours degree.

James has managed all aspects of the firm’s Family Law legal aid contract since 2004. His role includes assessing client’s eligibility for legal aid, making applications to the Legal Aid Agency and costs drafting. He also provides administrative support to Jonathan Cunningham (Head of Family Law Department), Sarah Atack, Rachel Burchell and Rhonda Bradshaw. James is a key member of the family law team at Moseleys.
